Relax by the water, catch some waves, or explore there's something here for everyone. This cute and cozy 1 bedroom is close to the bay and across the street from the beach! Note the unit is located above the garage and requires walking up a set of stairs to the front door. Inside is a small living room, kitchen and small eating area. There is one bedroom with a comfy king bed and a couch in the living area that folds down into a sofa sleeper. There is 3/4 bath with a shower. This unit does not include any outdoor living space. This is one of 3-units on the property and is located up one flight of stairs above the garage. Inside, you’ll find everything you need in a cozy, beachy footprint: -A small living room and kitchen designed for simple, comfortable beach living -One bedroom with comfy king-size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. -A closet with desk that can be used as a work station. 🛏️ Note: This unit does require walking up one flight of stairs to access.
